Select from 127 home sites at Sol Terra Ranch, from one of five Chaparral floor plans and choose your custom options and upgrades.

Arrange your financing. This can be done either with your own mortgage advisor, or with Sol Terra's partners, Interior Savings Credit Union - Glenmore Branch.

Meet with your lawyer. You'll have two contracts for your lawyer to review and then to sign - one with Chaparral for the construction of your home and one with Watermark Developments for the purchase of your home site.

Relax! Over the next three months Chaparral will prepare your home site, construct and install your custom home's modules and finish your home on-site.

Walk through your home. Prior to occupancy we conduct a walk-through with all new home owners in order that all deficiencies are attended to before you move in.

Move in and celebrate!
